1 INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to RICHABLE FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”) and the company governing your access to and use of our platform, services, research materials, and advisory offerings.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you are advised to discontinue the use of it immediately.

It is explicitly clarified that:

  • The Company does not guarantee any assured returns or profits

3 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be an Indian Citizen
  • Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Verify user details at any stage
  • Suspend or terminate access in case of misleading or false information

4 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

If you create an account with us:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to be authorized by you
  • You must immediately notify the Company in case of unauthorized access or security breach

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from compromised account access due to user negligence.

5 SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND MARKET RISKS

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Financial markets are inherently volatile and influenced by multiple external factors
  • Advisory inputs are based on research, historical data, and market interpretation
  • Past trends or performance are not indicative of future outcomes

The Company does not provide personalized portfolio management or execution services.

6 FEES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

  • Certain services may be offered on a paid subscription basis
  • All applicable charges will be communicated transparently before purchase
  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined separately
  • The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, plans, or billing structures at its discretion

Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all applicable fees.

7 NO ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE OF INVESTMENT OUTCOMES

The User expressly understands that:

  • The Company does not provide guaranteed returns, fixed income, or assured profit schemes
  • Any financial loss incurred is solely the responsibility of the user
  • Users are encouraged to consult independent financial advisors before making decisions

The Company does not act as a stock broker, portfolio manager, or custodian of funds.

8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS

All materials available on the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Research reports
  • Analysis, charts, and data
  • Website design, branding, and content

are the exclusive intellectual property of RICHABLE FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, copying, or distributing content
  • Using materials for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Modifying or republishing proprietary information

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9 ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and must not:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality
  • Misuse or exploit proprietary content

Violation of these conditions may lead to immediate suspension or legal proceedings.

10 EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or tools.

Please note:

  • The Company does not control or endorse third-party content
  • We are not responsible for their practices, policies, or outcomes

11 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for:

This limitation applies even if the possibility of such damages has been communicated.

12 INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of applicable laws or regulations

13 SERVICE DISCLAIMER

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Company does not warrant that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Information provided will always be accurate or complete
  • Services will meet all user expectations

Users acknowledge that reliance on any information is at their own discretion.

14 SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access:

15 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

16 MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Company may revise or update these terms periodically.

  • Continued use after changes implies acceptance of revised Terms
